Friendlies support Cambodia Vision

The Friendly Society Private Hospital is continuing its support of local medical professionals who provide life-changing treatment through the Cambodia Vision project. The Friendlies has been donating anaesthetic drugs since 2012 and this year is providing 60 boxes to assist Bundaberg anaesthetist Dr David Merefield, who departs for Cambodia on 2 December. Friendlies ED celebrates fourth birthday

More than 36,000 patients have sought treatment at The Friendlies Emergency Department since it opened on 25 September 2018, with 9,183 patients using the service in the last 12 months. Golf Day Registrations Open

The Friendlies Foundation is currently raising funds to commence the Hospital Accommodation Project. The Hospital Accommodation Project will be constructed on the corner of Bingera and Woondooma Streets, adjacent to the Friendlies hospital precinct consisting of 16 studio-style apartments with interconnectivity to provide accommodation for regional families accessing treatment and supporting loved ones along with resident student doctors and nurses.
