The Bundaberg Friendly Society Medical Institute is the governing body of the Friendly Society Private Hospital and Friendly Society Pharmacy.
The Institute was first registered in 1919, and run by a general committee until a board of directors was first established in 1991 due to a change in the law governing Friendly Societies.
