The Friendlies High Country Tour

The Friendlies High Country Tour is a charity cycling event for levels of experienced amateur and professional cyclists.


In aid of The Friendlies Foundation, the High Country Tour in 2017 will be held over the long weekend in May, from Saturday, April 29 to Monday, May 1.


The event is split into three different daily ride lengths of about 100km, 150km and 200km each day, starting and ending at the Friendly Society Private Hospital with overnight stops at Biggenden and Mount Perry. To see the different ride routes, click here.


The Friendlies High Country Tour is a fully-supported ride with mechanic and support vehicles and all riders cycling as part of a group.

A Cycling Jersey will be provided, as well as all meals, bottled water and food at ride stops. Riders are to provide their own nutrition supplements should they like them.


Registration is $250, plus a mandatory fundraising minimum of $500.
